1. Eligibility for Returns

To ensure product safety and compliance with regulatory standards, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or expired upon arrival.

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item, size, or variant).

  • The product has a manufacturer-related quality issue detected upon opening.

Note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used pharmaceutical, skincare, and personal care items cannot be returned, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

2. Return Request Window

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by:

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or payment confirmation).

Late requests beyond 48 hours will not be processed for health-safety reasons.

3. Exchange & Replacement Policy

Replacements are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The requested item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.

  • The product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

  • An incorrect item was delivered and the correct replacement is unavailable.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

To protect consumer safety, the following items cannot be returned or refunded unless defective:

  • Opened pharmaceuticals

  • Used skincare or personal care products

  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales

  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations can only be processed as a return request following the guidelines above.
